1. Senior Product Sales Engineer – DCS / PLC
Job Description :
• Melakukan penjualan produk maupun jasa terkait produk DeltaV / CSI kepada customer baru
• Memberikan informasi dan presentasi mengenai produk baru dan layanan DeltaV/CSI kepada customer
• Menumbuhkan kebutuhan customer akan produk maupun jasa terkait produk DeltaV/CSI
• Melakukan presentasi produk
• Melakukan project pursue dan memastikan customer mengerti value dari product kita
• Menjalin komunikasi dan kerjasama yang baik dengan principal, customer, dan pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam proses penjualan
• Membuat laporan aktivitas penjualan mingguan, bulanan dan project funnel
Qualification :
• Pendidikan S1 Teknik Fisika, Elektro atau Mesin
• Mempunyai kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
• Mempunyai kemampuan untuk presentasi produk
• Mengerti PLC, DCS, SIS, dan SCADA systems.
• Pengalaman > 5 tahun di bidang sales system control baik DCS ataupun PLC.
• Mempunyai pengalaman memenangkan sebuah proyek control systems dengan nilai diatas 5 milyar
• Mempunyai jaringan yang luas di Pertamina refinery akan lebih diutamakan.
2. Project Product Sales Engineer - Valve
Job Description :
• Achieve sales and revenue targets through developing and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders and influencers at assigned EPCs to ensure awareness of all potential projects in the pipeline
• Actively engage across internal sales organisation to ensure project coverage with end users and key decision makers
• Utilise strong account planning skills, establishment of relationships and serving as the technical expert to key stakeholders at EPCs
• Deliver technical presentations to end users or EPCs that highlight the value of Emerson (Isolation ShutOff Valve) products
• Understand customer needs to uncover and add opportunities within accounts across all products and service solutions
• Strategically manage the specification and bidding process for projects to ensure that both Pentair and our capable channel partners are well positioned to win the opportunity
Qualification :
• Minimum 2 years of relevant technical sales experience in the valve industry as plus point, Flow Control and/or Instrumentation Industry
• Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Engineering basis
• Matured consistently and independent as personal, and having ability to work in a fast pace environment, multi-task and a strong team player
• Have a strong sense of urgency, good follow-up and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal, honest, persistance personality and communication skills with a good sense of judgement
• An effective communicator who is able to take the iniciative to facilitate and foster a collaborative work spirit within the project teamand amongst team members
• Proactive in learning more on the Emerson Isolation valve product portfolio and understanding how to differentiate product offerings competitively
• Shows understanding of market trends and the impacts on customers
• Prior technical sales experience in oil & gas, petrochemical or related process industries will be highly advantageous
• Technical knowledge of industrial valves preferred. Knowledge of ASME, ANSI, API standard will be a plus
• Strong communications and relationship building skills that can successfully translate leads to sales and be able to work collaboratively with internal resources
• Exhibit strong competency in sales process and strategic account planning by regularly achieving business results that accurately mirror or exceed forecast
• Understand customer needs and leverage on both Isolation and Valve automation product portfolios and internal resources to identify cross-selling opportunities across the accounts to create additional value for customers and maximize the Company's sales revenue
• Good level of industry and application knowledge for EPCs and end-user markets
3. Sales Engineer
Job Description:
• Has basic Electrical & Instrument and Radio Communication / Basic Knowledge Software
• Provide solutions to technical and non-technical problems faced by customers
• Maintain good relations with customers
• Perform technical presentations to customers
• Coordinate with Product Application Engineers to prepare offers
• Communicate intensively with principals both technically and non-technically
Qualification:
• Male
• Bachelor Degree in Instrumentation (Physics / Petroleum / Electrical)
• Good in negotiation
• Good communication skills
• Having min. 1 year experience in sales
• Good command in English
• Discipline & details
• Having driving license (SIM A)
4. Project Management
Job Description:
• Provide management of the project from concept to commissioning
• Providing focal points for all parties interfacing on the project
• Monthly and weekly performance reviews of the projects with your team to ensure successful and profitable project completion
• Responsible for all design management of suppliers and contractors
• Procures the project in line with the strategy outlined in the sales phase
• Ensure all punch lists work is completed in a timely manner
• Ensures to obtain formal acceptance for FAT / SAT and other test report documents
• Report to division / top management periodically and on need based
Qualification:
• Min. D3 / S1 in Electrical Engineering / Industry / Machinery / Physics / Instrumentation
• Min. 2 years experiences in the field of instrumentation, DCS, PLC, SIS, FGS engineering as Project Management
• Demonstrated experiences with managing clients, vendors, consultants, and other third parties
• Strong leadership, negotiating, communication, organization, and persuasion skils
• Having a knowledge of industry regulations standards and practices
• Broad understanding of instrumentation and control technology experience with common engineering tools and work processes
• Ability to work proactively in a fast paced environment
• Male with max. 35 years old
• Can operate Ms. Project software is mandatory
• Can speak English (oral and written)
5. System Engineer
Job Description:
• Develop a document, graphic, control modules for new DCS project design
• Execute DCS system FAT, SAT, and site commissioning activities
• Perform maintenance service routine for install based systems
• Attend on call service for install based system
Qualification:
• Engineering in electrical / control and instrumentation / automation streams
• Having min. 2 years experiences in PLC / DCS / instrumentation domain
• The batch or safety system experience will be considered as an additional advantage
6. Cost Control Staff
Job Description:
• Check incoming documents such as Material Requests and assignments
• Identifying, submitting documents submitted
• Record the expenditure plan that has been confirmed and has complete documentation (Special Request, etc.) into the budget plan (budget)
• Keep a record of the Main Order System expenditure for a 500K Sales Order project
• Create a summary report on the budget side for each Sales Order
• Make a Management report every month
• Analyze the costing when the project is complete and provide feedback to the sales team and project team
• Supervise the Cash Flow Project
Qualification:
• S1 Economics/Mathematics/Statistics
• Excellent in microsoft Excel
• Min. 1 year experience in related field
• Min. 24 years old
• Detail oriented, strong interpersonal & good communication skill
• Able to work under pressure
7. Temporary Admin Support
Job Description :

• Archiving data / documents related to request
• Record & update any technical support schedule
