PT. SUDARTA CONSULTING is Engineering and Inspection Services in Oil & Gas Industry, currently is seeking qualified and certified person to fill the Client offers as Inspection and Expediting Services. The scope of services are as follows:

• Monitoring of Project Contractor surveillance of quality control of its sub vendors.
• Inspection during the supply period joining to Contractor’s Inspectors.
• Attend pre-inspection meetings, witness intermediate and final tests and inspection by monitoring Contractor’s inspectors.
• Monitoring of Non-Conformity Reports and implementation of corrective actions.
• Review of Inspection reports including all attachments (NDT reports, Material certificates, PWHT charts, etc.)
• Continuous monitoring of vendor’s quality.

The inspector and expediting needed is as follows:

1. Pressure Vessel, heat exchanger, atmospheric tank Inspector

Personnel having the qualifications

•  At least 8 years of experience in the field of inspection and testing of pressure parts.
• Knowledge of the ASME codes
• Certified Level 2 Operator for non-destructive testing (PT, MT, UT, RT).
• Certified Welding Inspector in accordance with CSWIP 3.1 
• Having adequate knowledge in PWHT processes.

2. Machinery and Package Inspector (centrifugal pumps, steam & gas turbines, fans, HVAC, cooling systems, lubrication system)

Personnel having the qualifications:

• At least 8 years of experience in the field of inspection and testing of mechanical and rotating parts.
• Mechanical Engineer or equivalent
• Knowledge of P&I diagrams
• Knowledge of API Standard
• Certified Level 2 Operator for non-destructive testing (PT and MT)

 3. Electrical machines, Switch boards, power cables, instrumentation Inspector

Personnel having the qualifications:

• Electrical Engineer or equivalent
• At least 8 years of experience in the field of inspection and testing of.
• Electric motors, VFD, Power Transformer, Switchgears, etc.
• Knowledge of the IEC’s
• Knowledge of the NEMA’s
• Knowledge of ATEX Directive 2014/34

4. Piping Material Inspector

Personnel having the qualifications:

• At least 8 years of experience in the field of inspection and testing of.
• Metallic pipes GRP and FRP pipes, fittings, valve, MOV, actuator, etc.
• Knowledge of the ASME code’s
• Certified Level 2 Operator for non-destructive testing (VT, PT, MT, UT, RT)

 5. Steel Structures Inspector

Personnel having the qualifications:

• At least 8 years of experience in the field of inspection and testing of steel structures.
• Certified Welding Inspector in accordance with CSWIP 3.1 
• Knowledge of the AWS D.1.1

6. Painting and Coating Inspector

Personnel having the qualifications:

• At least 8 years of experience in the field of inspection painting and coating
• Certified NACE Level II International Coating Inspector

7. Auditor

Personnel having the qualifications:

• At least 8 years of experience in Auditing and IRCA certified.
• Auditor may require based on required project needs
• Auditor may require to assess conformance to supplier’s specific quality system or to assess the capabilities of specific supplier’s to meet project requirements.
